The Secretary having read correspondence and the by-laws , the brethren proceeded to the election of the W . M . for the ensuing year , ancl the votes proved in favour of Bro . A . E . Carter , S . VV . Bro . J . Beresford Ryley , P . M ., was re-elected Treasurer , and the Auditors were duly chosen . The Secretary read a

letter from Bro . Gilbert tendering his resignation as Tyler , which was accepted . On the motion of Bro . Tallack , duly seconded , it was resolved that Bro . F . G . Mitchell be elected Tyler for the ensuing year . The necessary notice of motion was given to amend by-laws as to Tyler's fee , and all business being ended , the lodge was closed , and the brethren partook of refreshment at the hotel .

assisted by Comp . Mark Billinge , P . Z . 361 . The ceremony of installation was performed by Comp . Broadsmith in a very impressive manner , and gave the greatest satisfaction to the assembled companions . Comp . J . Wagstaffe , P . Z ., P . G . D . C , was the retiring M . E . Z . The newly-installed Principals are Comps . Hadfield , M . E . Z . ; Kinder , H . ; and Walker , J .

After the ceremony the companions sat down to an excellent banquet , prepared with great care by Mrs . Tinker , and 'he usual loyal and Masonic toasts were given and heartily responded to . We are informed that the number of the members of the

chapter is increasing , owing to some well-timed remarks made by Comp . Broadsmith some few months since , on the occasion of a visit paid by him and other distinguished brethren in Craft Masonry to the Loyalty Lodge at Mottram , " 1 connection with which the Integrity Chapter is held , and we trust the chapter will go on and prosper .

Storr would be a candidate for the office of Secretary ( should a vacancy occur ) of the Boys' School , and , as a very old member of the Hyde Park Lodge of Instruction , was worthy of the support of the brethren . Bro . Storr expressed his gratitude to the brethren for the hearty way they had received the notification , and many promises of hearty support were given to him , and the good wishes of all for his success . After "Hearty good wishes , " the lodge was closed .

letter from Bro . Gilbert tendering his resignation as Tyler , which was accepted . On the motion of Bro . Tallack , duly seconded , it was resolved that Bro . F . G . Mitchell be elected Tyler for the ensuing year . The necessary notice of motion was given to amend by-laws as to Tyler's fee , and all business being ended , the lodge was closed , and the brethren partook of refreshment at the hotel .

Broadsmith some few months since , on the occasion of a visit paid by him and other distinguished brethren in Craft Masonry to the Loyalty Lodge at Mottram , " 1 connection with which the Integrity Chapter is held , and we trust the chapter will go on and prosper .
