There is good reason for anticipating thai the formidable body of brethren vvhich constituted the Board of Stewards at the Centenary Festival of the Royal Masonic Institution for Girls vvill be very closely approached , if it is not equalled , in number by the Board at the Jubilee of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution on Wednesday . The former mustered 1475 brethren and ladies , the latter is already , on the eve of going to press , nearly 1420 . * * * A few references to past events will show how marvellous is the progress which our Masonic Charitable Institutions have made of late years . At the Jubilee Festival of the Girls' School , at vvhich the late Bro . the Earl of Yarborough , —then Lord Worsleypresided , the Board of Stewards numbered 57 members , and the donations and subscriptions amounted to £ 1000 , What amount of success attended the Boys '

There is good reason for anticipating thai the formidable body of brethren vvhich constituted the Board of Stewards at the Centenary Festival of the Royal Masonic Institution for Girls vvill be very closely approached , if it is not equalled , in number by the Board at the Jubilee of the Royal Masonic Benevolent Institution on Wednesday . The former mustered 1475 brethren and ladies , the latter is already , on the eve of going to press , nearly 1420 . * * * A few references to past events will show how marvellous is the progress which our Masonic Charitable Institutions have made of late years .
