The Masonic lodge , Zu den drei Schvvertern und Astraea zur gri ' menden Raute , of this town intends to celebrate on Sunday next the jubilee of its existence since 150 years , a festival which , as may be easil y imagined , finds interest beyond Dresden . According
to the authorities the year of the foundation of the Lodge Zu den drei Schwertern reaches most likely as far back as the year 173 S . Frederik Augustus Count of Rutowsky , a son of Augustus the Strong , after his return from Warsowie into Saxony founded in 1738 the first lodge , which vvas named Aux trois Ai gles , from which almost immediately originated the Lodge
Aux trois glaives d ' or . Although the former disappeared , the latter remained , and adopted in 1831 , when the Lodge Astraea zur gri ' menden Raute joined the present description . to the authorities the year of the foundation of the Lodge Zu den drei Schwertern reaches most likely as far back as the year 173 S . Frederik Augustus Count of Rutowsky , a son of Augustus the Strong , after his return from Warsowie into Saxony founded in 1738 the first lodge , which vvas named Aux trois Ai gles , from which almost immediately originated the Lodge
Aux trois glaives d ' or . Although the former disappeared , the latter remained , and adopted in 1831 , when the Lodge Astraea zur gri ' menden Raute joined the present description .
