kindness , alluded to the kindness of Bro . W . Hoggins giving him the opportunity of rehearsing the ceremony , vvhich had been useful to him , and also for the attention the brethren had paid . Bro . W . Hoggins gave notice of motion that on that day fortnight he should propose the appointment of an Assistant Preceptor .
