MONMOUTHSHIRE . NEWPORT . —Silurian Lodge ( No . 471 ) . —The usual meeting of the members of this Lodge took place on Friday , and was wtll attended . Several brethren of distinction from foreign Lodges were present . The new W . M , Bro . Gratte , took the chair , and the whole of his officers were in their places .
