William Berkeley , as Prelate ; P . M . W . S . Frederick P . Jonn ; Henry Bell , 1 st G-en . ; Henry Hotham , 2 nd Gen . ; C . J . Bannister , as Grand Marshal ; Andrew Gillespie , Recorder ; and other S . Ps .

The following candidates were then proposed and balloted for , viz . —John Theodore Hugh , Charles 0 . McAllum , James J . Wilson , and Rev . James Milner , and all four being in attendance , were duly receiyed and installed as S . P . R . C of H . by the M . W . Sovereign presiding , ably assisted by the officers named . The S . Ps . on the conclusion of the business of the day , adjourned to Bro . Rogerson ' s , the Central Exchange Hotel , where they partook of a very excellent dinner .
