W . G . M ., Br . Dobie to pass through , preceded by the Grand Sword Bearer , and followed by the Ionic Light , the Deputy Grand Master , and Grand Officers . The Vice-Presidents of the Hospital , the Committee , and the Members of the Building Committee , who were provided with places on the Platform . The upper Stone being raised , and the lower one adjusted , the Grand Secretary read the following inscription engraven on the Brass Plate : —
