The Artists General Benevolent Institution held its Anniversary Festival on the 31 st March , the Lord Mayor presiding . It appears that during the past year , upwards of sixty cases have been relieved with various sums amounting to £ 826 ; and , since the establishment of the Institution , 1 , 479 cases have been relieved with sums amounting to £ 16 , 936 .
