THE third installation meeting of this lodge took place on Tuesday , i 8 th March , in the Trocadero Restaurant , in the presence of a very large number of brethren and visitors , W . Bro . W . S . Penley , in a most impressive manner ,. installing his successor , W . Bro . Alexander Watson , P . P . G . Std . Br . Bucks ., the well-known reciter and professor

of elocution . The three addresses were rendered by the Installing Master in a manner which held the close attention of every brother present . Two interesting incidents are connected with this notable ceremony . Bro . Penley for some years had ceased to take an active interest in Freemasonry , but was induced to renew it , and became a founder and
