J ARMAN , and resolved that the sum of 150 guineas be voted from the Charities' Fund to be divided equally amongst the West Lancashire Masonic Educational Institution , the Alpass Benevolent Institution , and the Hamer Benevolent Institution . _

The foregoing petitions being regular , the Committee recommended that the prayers thereof be respectively granted . The Committee have also received a memorial with extracts of minutes , for permission to remove the following chapter . The Wiltshire Chapter , No . 355 , from the Masonic Hall , to the New Masonic Hall , Swindon . The Committee having satisfied themselves of the reasonableness of this request , recommend that the removal of this chapter be sanctioned .

The Committee further recommend that inasmuch as the Friendly Chapter , No . 3 S 3 , Jamaica , has made no return since 18 74 , and a report having been received that there are no Principals or members existing , the chapter be erased from the Roli of Chapters .

G ., & c , having approved of a new lodge of Mark Master Masons at Windsor , to be called the Windsor Castle Lodge , No . 519 , and having issued a warrant for the same , the consecration of the lodge took place on Monday , the 24 th inst ., at the Masonic Hall , Windsor .
