THE COMMITTEE of this old-established Charit y for relieving the really deserving Poor , are compelled to make a very urgent appeal for Funds for the continuance of their work . The work is carried on amongst the most destitute of the poor , both old and young . The Institution possesses no reserve fund to fall back upon . THE COMMITTEE of this old-established Charit y for relieving the really deserving Poor , are compelled to make a very urgent appeal for Funds for the continuance of their work .
