TOURIST SEASON . —LONDON AND NORTHWESTERN RAILWAY COMPANY . The arrangements made by the Directors of the London and NorLh-Western Railway Company for the convenience of touriits , have been recognised for some time past as being as nearly perfect as possible . Economy , facility of access , and regularity of service , are the three desiderata
to which the Board have turned their attention most particularly , and we know the verdict of the general public has been to the effect that their attentiun has not been directed in vain , but that they have succeeded in meeting the wishes of the public , and especially of the tourists , in respect of all these conditions . Their tariff of charges is moderate , whether we have regard to short journeys or long
ones , to circumscribed tours , or those which are more extended both in time and distance . Tickets are issued which are available for a certain length of time , and may be extended at a reasonable additional charge for any further period that may be required , up to the 31 st Debember , 18 S 7 . The Company ' s lines are in communication vvith the lines of others as well as with the different steamboat
and coach services throughout the country , so that it matters little where intending tourists have their habitat they will experience but little difficulty in reaching the district or country they purpose visiting . As regards the regularity and punctuality of the service nothing could well be better , while the convenience and comfort of the passengers are carefully studied , especially in
connection with the refreshment department , which is of the very greatest moment on journeys of any length . Those who desire further inlormation than is possible in the short compass of a modest paragraph will find or obtain all they want either in the Company ' s Time Tables or at the Terminus at Euston , or the chief Metropoliton Stations and booking offices . Or they may
obtain the special programmes which are published by the Company , of "Summer Tours in England and Scotland , " " England and Ireland by the London and North-Western Routes , " and the " Tourist Guide to North Wales . " These contain all necessary particulars about prices , train service
, & c , & c , and in addition some good maps and illustrations of places worth visiting . In fine , the London and Northwestern Company has made its usual arrangements for the present tourist season , and where there was a chance , no matter how slight , of amending or extending them , it has done so most geneiously .

The thousand ills that settle there may be prevented and dislodged by the judicious use of these purifying Fills , which act as a sure , gentle , and anti-acid apeiient , without annoving the
nerves of the most susceptible , or irritating the most delicate organisation . Holloway ' s Pills will bestow comfort and confer relief on every headachy , dyspeptic , and sickly sufferer , whose tortures make him a burden to himself and a nuisance to his friends . These Pills have long been the popular remedy fra weak stomach , for a disordered liver , or a paralysed digestion , which yield without difficulty to the regulating , purifying , and tonic qualities . —[ ADVT ] ,
