Bros . H . Booth and J . C Hipwell . The installation ceremony was most ably rendered by Bro . Cooper , and it is a noteworthy fact tbat this is the second time he has installed Bro . Guille , the previous occasion being at the St . Peter and St . Paul Lodge , 1410 , Newport Pagnell , in 1887 . A banquet was subsequently served in excellent style by Bro . T .
