He had felt it necessary to exercise his undoubted prerogative , and coulcl not give any further answer to the question . Bro . Dr . Jones spoke as to the confirmation of tbe registry of facts ; if they did not require confirmation , he thought they should not be
discussed . Bro . C . P . Cooper rose and gave an explanation of his views as to the meaning of confirming minutes , —that it was merely an assurance that they had been correctly recorded .
