TYNTE , constituting me Provincial Grand Commander for Kent , I hereby give notice to the Masonic Knig hts Templar , resident in the Province , that I shall feel greatly obliged by their communicating with me , by letter ( as early as convenient ) , stating their names and addresses , that I may take such preliminary steps as may be required .
