Barrett . —Counsel moved on behalf of his Grace the Duke of Leinster and John Norman , the surviving trustees of the Freemasons' Female Orphan House , that it be referred to Alaster Litton to report on a fit and proper person to be appointed a third trustee of the late Dr . Barrett ' s charity , in the place of Air . Graham , deceased . By a decree of the 5 th of June , 1824 , it was referred to the
Alaster to devise a proper scheme for the protection of the charity , and in pursuance of his report , which was confirmed on the 25 ; h of Alay , 1825 , a deed of trust was executed , by which three trustees were appointed , ivith power to reappoint them in case of death , and it was under that deed that the present application was made . His Lordship said there was not a word mentioned about the deed in the petition , and he had , therefore , a mind to make the parties pay the costs of the motion . Application granted .
