This was , in fact , an escapade for the poor Grand Secretary , inasmuch as , if the merits of the question had been gone into , a most scarifying flagellation awaited the Masonic mendicants ;" I be" - to hand you a copy of the resolution , which was unanimously of the Moira Lod
