to the Boys School , Richview , Clonskeagh , whither they were escorted by Brothers H . E . Flavelle Deputy Secretary of the Grand Lodge , and J . Hold brook , B . A ., Assistant Secretary to the Masonic Schools . The grounds of Richview looked at their best , and were greatly admired by the visitors ,
who were received by Mrs . Moore , the Matron , Bro . James Moore , B . A ., the Head Master , and by them conducted through the spacious dormitories and the numerous apartments of the splendidly equipped Institution . The fine school and class rooms now in course of erection were inspected , and the Brethren , who had already determined to support
the " Century Fund , " which is being raised to defray the expenses of the new buildings , were so much pleased with all they saw that they were more convinced than ever that the Institution was deserving of their most hearty and generous support . The visitors on leaving the grounds were vigorously cheered by the pupils , who looked happy , healthy , and very well cared for .
The party drove from Clonskeagh to the Girls School at Ballsbridge , where they were received by Bros . Graves , S , Eves , J . P ., Honorary Secretary , and Rev . A . S . Fuller , D . D ., and having gone through that fine building , they were afforded an opportunity of seeing the pupils go through their
calisthenic drill , which performance was loudly applauded and regarded as faultless . The pupils sang " God Save the Queen , " and the Hon . Secretary in a few , well chosen words , welcomed the Brethren and their friends to the Schools , and intimated to them that perhaps an opportunity would be
given to the Brethren in Belfast at no very distant date of witnessing in their own city the display usually given at the annual distribution of prizes . Miss Grant , the Matron provided tea for the visitors , who left the Schools greatly and favourably impressed by all they saw .
A visit was next made to the Masonic Hall in Molesworth Street , through which Bro . Flavelle conducted the Brethren , pointing out the several additions that are being made to the building , and the structural alterations in the older portion of
the Hall . Bro . Shellard , during the examination of the Grand Lodge Room , by ably presiding at the organ , gave the visitors an opportunity of hearing that fine instrument . The Brethren and their friends expressed the great pleasure their visit to Dublin afforded them .
