Clark was elected W . M . for the ensuing week . A cordial vote of thanks was given to Bro . A . Clark for his working the ceremony , and presiding over the Lodge for the first time . Lodge was then closed , and adjourned .

City of Westminster Lodge , No . 1563 . —At the regular meeting of this Lodge , held at the Eegent Masonic Hall , Air-street , Eegent-street , on 27 th inst ., bsing the last of the present season , it was moved by the W . M . Bro . Waugh , and seconded by Bro . J . E . Shand P . M ., and unanimously resolved— "That this Lodge desires

most respectfullly to tender to H . E . H . Prince Leopold , Dnke of Albany , Past Grand Warden of England , and to her Serene Highness the Princess of Waldeck , their fraternal congratulations and hearty good wishes for their future health and happiness on their marriage this day . " The resolution was at once telegraphed to Claremont .

One hundred Welsh Mountain Sheep will be specially selected for the trials , and valuable prizes will be offered for competition among Shepherds and Collie owners generally . Some of the best dogs from Wales are expected to compete .
