Felix Moller was balloted for and elected to become a member of the Lodge ; he was afterwards initiated iuto Freemasonry by the W . M . and the Lodge was called off for supper . On re-entering the Lodge , Bro . Aitken having answered the necessary questions leading from

A MEETING was held at the Pookham Pnblio Hall , on Wednesday , 11 th inst . The W . M . Bro . Williams Cook , had a very busy night , having to raise Bro . Peck ; to pass Bros . Fletoher , Caatledine , and Strevens , and to initiate Mr . VV . H . Mackney and Mr . Robert Sheers . The W . Camden Lodge of Instruction , lso . 704 . —The warrant for this Lodge of Instruction having been surrendered , a meeting oE the brethren hitherto connected with it was held at the Masrmio Rooms , 116 High Street , Lewisham , on Thursday , the 10 th instant There were present Bros . Drew , Pickering ( W . M . of tho Hornsey Lodge , No . 890 ) , Stevens , Tillina , Fieldsou , Norris , West , Lancaster ,

La Feuilhide , Clarku , Pulen , White , Robin Secretary , Blanchard , Humphreys , Morley , Geen , Pynegar , Cbilds , Mascall , Thomas , Parker , Gleavp , Visgar , Shepp'u'ri , Homes , and others . Lodge was opened by Bro . Drew as W . M ., an 1 a ballot was taken for a Life Subsoribership to one of tte Musouiu Charities , Bro . Lauoaster being successful . It

was then unanimously agreed that the Lodge should be immediately dissolved , and the furniture and effects thereof offered to a new Lolge about to be formed , and of whioh the brethren present shonld be the first members . The Lodge was then finally closed in due form , with solemn prayer and in perfect harmony .

Hornsey Lodge of Instruction , No . 890—Permi sion having been granted by the Hornsey Lodge , No . 890 , at its regular meeting , on the 6 th inBt ., for the establishment of a Lodge of Instruction bearing its name , the brethren named in the foregoing notice resolved themselves into a committee , Bro . A . A . Drew in tho chair , and a communication from Bro . G . A . Pickering the W . M . of

the Hornsey Lodge having been read , it was decided that tho Horn-3 tjy Lodge of Instruction shonld be formed , that all members of the late Camden Lodge of Instruction be nominated its first members , in consideration of the transfer of twniture and effects of the la'e Lodge , and without payment of entrance fees , and that Bro . Pickering be invited to proceed at once to open the new Lodge . The

Worshipful Master of the Hornsey Lodgo thereupon assnmed tho chair of K . S ., and the Hornsey Lodge of Instruct on was opened by him with all customary form nnd solemnity . A MEETING was held at the Pookham Pnblio Hall , on Wednesday , 11 th inst . The W . M . Bro . Williams Cook , had a very busy night , having to raise Bro . Peck ; to pass Bros . Fletoher , Caatledine , and Strevens , and to initiate Mr . VV . H . Mackney and Mr . Robert Sheers . The W . M . went through the throo degreed iu an exemplary manner , and his working was much appreciated by the brethren . A banquet followed , supplied by Bro . Reed , which gave much satisfao . tion .

Camden Lodge of Instruction , lso . 704 . —The warrant for this Lodge of Instruction having been surrendered , a meeting oE the brethren hitherto connected with it was held at the Masrmio Rooms , 116 High Street , Lewisham , on Thursday , the 10 th instant There were present Bros . Drew , Pickering ( W . M . of tho Hornsey Lodge , No . 890 ) , Stevens , Tillina , Fieldsou , Norris , West , Lancaster ,

La Feuilhide , Clarku , Pulen , White , Robin Secretary , Blanchard , Humphreys , Morley , Geen , Pynegar , Cbilds , Mascall , Thomas , Parker , Gleavp , Visgar , Shepp'u'ri , Homes , and others . Lodge was opened by Bro . Drew as W . M ., an 1 a ballot was taken for a Life Subsoribership to one of tte Musouiu Charities , Bro . Lauoaster being successful . It

was then unanimously agreed that the Lodge should be immediately dissolved , and the furniture and effects thereof offered to a new Lolge about to be formed , and of whioh the brethren present shonld be the first members . The Lodge was then finally closed in due form , with solemn prayer and in perfect harmony .

Hornsey Lodge of Instruction , No . 890—Permi sion having been granted by the Hornsey Lodge , No . 890 , at its regular meeting , on the 6 th inBt ., for the establishment of a Lodge of Instruction bearing its name , the brethren named in the foregoing notice resolved themselves into a committee , Bro . A . A . Drew in tho chair , and a communication from Bro . G . A . Pickering the W . M . of

the Hornsey Lodge having been read , it was decided that tho Horn-3 tjy Lodge of Instruction shonld be formed , that all members of the late Camden Lodge of Instruction be nominated its first members , in consideration of the transfer of twniture and effects of the la'e Lodge , and without payment of entrance fees , and that Bro . Pickering be invited to proceed at once to open the new Lodge . The

Worshipful Master of the Hornsey Lodgo thereupon assnmed tho chair of K . S ., and the Hornsey Lodge of Instruct on was opened by him with all customary form nnd solemnity . The first Officers wero Bros . La Feuiliade S . W ., Blanchard J . W ., Clarke S . D ., Norn ' s J . D ., and White I . G . Bro . Drew was unanimously elected Preceptor , and the compliment of Hon . Membership was conferred upon him , as also

upon Bro . James Stevens , formerly Preceptor to the Camden Lodge of Instruction . Bro . Wimbnsh was elected Treasurer , and Walter Robin Secretary . A committeo was appointed to franne Bye . laws . Thanks were voted to the Hornsey Lodge , throngh its W . M ., for the warrant , and to the members of the late Camden Lodge of

Instruction for the gift of Masonic furniture , which is to be held in trust by the Preceptor and Secretary for the time being . Bro . Pickering was elected W . M . for the opening night of working in the ensuing wuek , and Bro . Thomas , for Thursday , 5 th March , aid the Lodge was then closed ,
