M . by the brethren , as a mark of their high appreciation of a well-merited honour conferred on Bro . Halletfc by the Provincial Grand Master in appointing him P . G . S . D . Bro . Hallett has for many years installed

Peake ( who occupied the chair at thia stage ) , and having given the replies in a very satisfactory manner , withdrew . Bro . Peake

then proceeded to raise Bro . Halliwell to the sublime degree of a Master Mason , which he accomplished in a manner that rellected the greatest credit on himself and the Lodge . The Lodge was shortly afterwards closed in peace and harmony , and the brethren subsequently supped together , after which the health of the newly

Halliwell , being a candidate to be raised to the third degree , was interrogated by Brr . VV . H . Peake ( who occupied the chair at thia stage ) , and having given the replies in a very satisfactory manner , withdrew . Bro . Peake

then proceeded to raise Bro . Halliwell to the sublime degree of a Master Mason , which he accomplished in a manner that rellected the greatest credit on himself and the Lodge . The Lodge was shortly afterwards closed in peace and harmony , and the brethren subsequently supped together , after which the health of the newly
