M . announced that ho had received a dispensation for au appendant Lodge of Eoyal Ark Mariners , but he had been unable to secure the presence of any qualified brethren to open the Lodge , as he had hoped to have done that afternoon , and the matter must , therefore , stand over for the

present . It was agreed that the bye-laws , confirmed by the Grand Lodge , should be at once printed and circulated , aud a committee was appointed to draw out a design for a lithographed Lodge summons , and snbmit the same to the next meeting . After tho close of tho Lodge , a Lodge of tho venerable Order of St . Lawrence was opened by Bro . T . B . Whytehead W . M ., aud the degree conferred upon four approved candidates . Tho brethren afterwards met at supper and spent a social evening .

M . announced that ho had received a dispensation for au appendant Lodge of Eoyal Ark Mariners , but he had been unable to secure the presence of any qualified brethren to open the Lodge , as he had hoped to have done that afternoon , and the matter must , therefore , stand over for the

present . It was agreed that the bye-laws , confirmed by the Grand Lodge , should be at once printed and circulated , aud a committee was appointed to draw out a design for a lithographed Lodge summons , and snbmit the same to the next meeting . After tho close of tho Lodge , a Lodge of tho venerable Order of St . Lawrence was opened by Bro . T . B . Whytehead W . M ., aud the degree conferred upon four approved candidates . Tho brethren afterwards met at supper and spent a social evening .
