After grace by the Grand Chaplain an excellent dinner , provided by Messrs . Spiers and Pond , was partaken of , and at its termination the Chairman rose to propose the Queen . He said Her Majesty had successfully passed through the

crisis of her Diamond Jubilee , and now ranked among the oldest sovereigns of the world . In Freemasonry she must always be loved and respected , because of the favour she showed to the Masonic Institutions . The health of the Grand Master the Prince of Wales was also received with enthusiasm .
