united actiou of tho Lodges of tho Province for concentrating their voting power , and to otisare the success of their candidates . It is evident this arrangement meets Avith the approval of tho brethren of Bristol , as all the Lodges that havo received the circular from tho Prov . Grand Secretary bearing on it , have responded by immediately appointing a representative .
