opportunities of visiting the Lodges in Surrey , and he confessed he was very proud of the manner in which they carried out their work . The health of the Worshipful Master was proposed , and received most cordially , and in returning thanks , Bro . Greenwood spoke very feelingly of the reception the toast had met with , and also , expressed his gratification at the references that had been made to his

father , and the hope that he should always have the strength to follow in his footsteps , and gain for himself the respect with which he was received on all occasions . The toast of the Visitors was aoknowledged by Bros . Jeffries W . M . St . John's Lodge , No . 795 , Maidenhead , Usher Back , Worshipful Master of the St . The intervals between the toasts were enlivened by songs and recitations , which enhanced the pleasure of the gathering .
