W ., Cheshire , county court judge for North Wale 3 and Recorder of Chester , was installed W . M . of tho Sir Watkin Lodge , No . 1477 , at Mold . In consequence of the general respect and esteem in which Judgo Lloyd is held , a dispensation had been obtained for holding tho Lodge in a largo room in tho

Market Hall , where a large number of membors and visitors could bo accommodated . Since tho present W . M . has been appointed county c rart judge for the Principality , ho has taken up his residence near Mold . Upon this occasion the

Ou Tuesday , the 22 nd June , a largo party of ladies and gentlemen—the latter being members of Masonic Lodges in North Wales , Shropshire and Cheshire , but principally belonging to the Sir Watkin Lodge , Mold—visited Wynnstay ITall , the seat of Bro . Sir W . W . Wynn M . V . R . W . P . G . M . By the kindness of the worthy baronct , the apartments were thrown open to the visitors , and tho inspection of the paintings , sculptures , tapestry , & c , afforded a fine

treat to the excursionists . A banquet was served m tho park , near the gate leading to tho village . Afterwards , Bro . Edwards , chaplain , presented Bro . Salmon P . M . P . G . S . B ., in the name of the Sir Watkin Lodge , with a valuable gold chronometer watch aud a lady ' s gold chain and locket . In doing so , the reverend brother said that Bro . Salmon had been everything to that Lodge while it had existed , and had conducted its ceremonies in a manner second to none in tho Province . ( Loud applause ) .
