Hyde Park Lodge of Instruction , No . 1425 . —A meeting was held at the Westbourne Restaurant , Cravon Road , Bayswater , on Monday , the 28 th Jnne . Present—Bros . Gellion W . M ., Stiles S . W ., Savage J . W . Alais S . D ., Longhurst J . D ., Death I . G ., Read P . M . Preceptor and Secretary , and Bros . Cole , Cragg , Dykes , Bullock , Aitchison , TJrry , and Crnttenden P . M . The Lodge was oponed in duo form with solemn prayer , and tho minutes of last meeting read and

confirmed . The ceremony of initiation was ably rehearsed . Bro . Cole candidate The first and second sections of tho first lectnre wero worked by the brethren , under the direction of Bro . Savage J . W ., and tho third aud fourth section of this lectnro wore also worked by the brethren , nnder tho direction of Bro . Read Preceptor . Bro . Stiles S . W . was unanimonsly elected W . M . at ensuing meeting . The Lodge was closed in duo form and perfect harmony .

Sir Watkin Lodge , No . 1477 .-On Monday , the 21 st of Juno , Brother Horatio Lloyd P . M . P . S . G . W ., Cheshire , county court judge for North Wale 3 and Recorder of Chester , was installed W . M . of tho Sir Watkin Lodge , No . 1477 , at Mold . In consequence of the general respect and esteem in which Judgo Lloyd is held , a dispensation had been obtained for holding tho Lodge in a largo room in tho

Market Hall , where a large number of membors and visitors could bo accommodated . Since tho present W . M . has been appointed county c rart judge for the Principality , ho has taken up his residence near Mold . The Sir Watkin Lodge has only been established about a year and a half , during which time Bro . J . Salmon P . S . G . B . North Wales , and P . G . S . D . Cheshire , has been the W . M . Upon this occasion the

retiring officers of the Lodge were Bros . J . Corbolt J . W ., S . Beresford Sec , Rev . Edwards Chaplain , Algernon Potts S . D ., J . Williams J . D . G . E . Org ., J . E . Birch I . G . 's jewel , accompanying it with an expression of thanks to him , on the part of the Lodge , as one of its founders and chief workers . Tho brethren retired for refreshment to

the Star Hotel , where an excellent banquet was served , tho W . M . presided , and the cnstoniary Loyal and Masonic toasts wore duly honoured . The health of Sir W . ' W . Wynne M . P . R . W . G . M ., and the rest of the Officers of tho P . G . Lodge , was responded to by Bro . Sissons . "The W . M . and Officers of the Sir Watkin Lodge , " and "Tho immediate P . M . and Installing Master" were responded to by

Bros . H . Lloyd and Salmon . Ou Tuesday , the 22 nd June , a largo party of ladies and gentlemen—the latter being members of Masonic Lodges in North Wales , Shropshire and Cheshire , but principally belonging to the Sir Watkin Lodge , Mold—visited Wynnstay ITall , the seat of Bro . Sir W . W . Wynn M . V . R . W . P . G . M . By the kindness of the worthy baronct , the apartments were thrown open to the visitors , and tho inspection of the paintings , sculptures , tapestry , & c , afforded a fine

treat to the excursionists . A banquet was served m tho park , near the gate leading to tho village . Afterwards , Bro . Edwards , chaplain , presented Bro . Salmon P . M . P . G . S . B ., in the name of the Sir Watkin Lodge , with a valuable gold chronometer watch aud a lady ' s gold chain and locket . In doing so , the reverend brother said that Bro . Salmon had been everything to that Lodge while it had existed , and had conducted its ceremonies in a manner second to none in tho Province . ( Loud applause ) . gift , said he had but done his duty ; and he would have experienced great difficulty in getting through the work had it not been for the services of a younger but more able Mason than himself—he alluded to Bro . J . Worrall P . M . P . Z . P . G . S . B . He had great pleasure in presenting Bro . Worrall , in the name of tho Lodgo , with a handsome tea

and coffee service . ( Loud applause ) . Bro . Worrall , in thanking the Lodge for the presentation , congratulated it on having so distinguished a Mason and so respectod a judge as Bro . Horatio Lloyd for their W . M . The party afterwards visited the various localities of the park and neighbourhood , returning to tea in the evoning , and loaving at a comparatively early hour .

M ., Shand S . W ., Dawkins J . W ., Shankland S . D ., Read J . D ., Carter I . G ., Adams P . G . P . Preceptor , Stiles Secretary , and Bros . Scales , Jones , Michael , Reepe , Caret , and Tittenborn . Tho Lodge wa 3

opened in due form with solemn prayer , and the minutes of last meeting read and confirmed . Bro . Caret offered himself as a candidate for passing , and having duly qualified himself , was entrusted and withdrew . The Lodge was opened in the socond degreo , and Bro . Caret passed to the degree of F . C . The W . M . called off from

labour to refreshment , and afterwards called on from refreshment to labour . The Lodge was resumed to the first degree , and the ceremony of initiation ably rehearsed , Bro . Carter candidate . Bro . Dawkins J . W . unanimously elected W . M . at ensuing meeting , in consequence of tho S . W . stating his inability to attend . The Lodge was closed in duo form , and perfect harmony .

Ghislehurst Lodge , No . 1531 . —A meeting of this Lodgo , lately consecrated , was held on Saturday , tho 26 th ult ., at the Bull ' s Head Hotel , Chislehurst , Bro . J . Coutts P . G . P . W . M . in the chair , Bros . G . S . Guest S . W ., W . Kipps J . W ., F . Walters P . G . P . Middlesex Treasurer , J . Griffin P . M . Secretary , H . Gloster S . D ., J . Mason J . D ., W . Hardman I . G ., J . Fox W . S ., Hutchings D . C , S . Abbott P . M . The Lodge was opened , and tho minutes of the consecration meeting were

THE consecration of this Royal and Imperial Conclave of Knights of the Rod Cross of Rome nnd Constantino will take place on Wednesday , the 21 st July , at the Freemasons' Hall , Margate , at ono o ' clock precisely . The M . P . S . Designate , Sir Knight Mannering W . Bolton , and the Eminent Eus : Designate , Sir Knight T . Morant Coinpton , will be installed by Col . Fras . Burdett , the Grand Viceroy ,

assisted by Sir Knight R . Wontworth Little , G . Treas ., and Sir Knight H . A . Dubois , A . G . Treas ., and other officers of the Grand Council and Senate . A banquet wiil afterwards take place , at 4 . 30 , at tho King's Head Hotel , Margate , where Sir Knights of this illustrious

order can obtain tickets . We understand that so many as twelve M . M . 's of high repute , residing in Gravesend , Rochester , Sheerness , Dover , Broadstairs , Ramsgato , Guildford , and Woking , are candidates for installation , and this new Conclavo is likely to becomo one of the most numerous and flourishing in tho Order .
