The fourteenth annual festival of fche Grand Masters Mark Lodge of Instruction will be held much earlier in the year than usual , the date fixed being Wednesday , 16 th February , when the event will be celebrated at Mark Masous Hall , Great Queen Street , W . C . . The annual banquet will be subsequently held in the Grand Salon , Holborn Bestauranb , at whioh Sir Joseph Dimsdale J . G . W . has kindly consented to preside .
